Warranty: 3-months or 15000 copies whichever comes first on PARTS.

LIFE-TIME FREE SERVICE Warranty.

Only authorized technician/s are allowed to service this unit during the warranty period.

Use of supplies and consumables other than those specified make this warranty null and void.

Customers with provincial installation requiring company services will be billed for per diem, meals, plus the actual expenses to be incurred on board and lodging and two- way transportation/s by the technician assigned to handle their service requirements.

Repair and replacement cost will be charged to customers if damage is due to negligence, improper operations and carelessness on the part of the user.

Warranty is void if serial no. is tampered, altered or removed.

FREE Service will be provided as long as the customer exclusively purchase consumables and parts from Tangerine Office Machines.

FREE Service is voided; if the customer purchase consumables from other sources other than Tangerine Office Machines and the user must enter a Service Maintenance Agreement with TANGERINE OFFICE MACHINES & SOLUTIONS, INC. in order to avail services.

No machine will be accepted for return after 30 days. Down payment will be voided or 30% of machine price will be deducted/charged to consumers who will return the unit within 30 days (provided that the machine is not defective), to cover incidental expenses.
